Apple Compiler/FORTRAN Writer

We're looking for someone who can write an article on programming FORTRAN with the Apple compiler (with mention of IBM, Intel and Absoft compilers). We will need someone who really knows the Windows programming environments, and who has some decent familiarity with Mac OS X.
