Law University inks MoU with U.S. varsity

Chennai : The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University has entered into an agreement with the University of Central Oklahoma, U.S., for exchange programmes and joint research.

This is the first time that the Ambedkar Law University is entering into an agreement with a foreign institution, N. Manohar, Dean of Postgraduate Studies, Ambedkar Law University, told reporters on Thursday. The three-year agreement also facilitates twinning programmes between the universities.

Mr. Manohar said that a team from the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) visited Chennai to interact with the students last month. Two faculty members from the School of Law, two from the Postgraduate Studies department and 14 students are scheduled to visit UCO as part of the exchange programmes.
